Interesting, I just refreshed her wiki page and everything about her apparent suicide has been removed, I guess it was just a poor joke.

Just once as she was on a talk show where she performed the song. Since this isn't the '70s and people don't have to rely on radio to get their away from home music fix, it always amuses me to hear the current generation of teens complain about bad music that they usually have to actively seek out in order to hear it as they have the ability to now carry thousands of songs with them at all times to hear anytime they wish.

Less than one time. I started listening to it and once it got the first chorus I couldn't do it anymore. I heard her sing a part of the national anthem and her voice is fine, but the way she pronounces a few words and the use of auto-tune is just horrendous...

apparently the family made like 3 millions from itunes, very profitable business selling their daughters dignity.

Its total garbage lol, I first heard about it from a friend, and it just went viral from there. It probably one of the worst songs ive heard, but its for some reason addicting because its soo bad, and the parodies are funny too. Actually she came out with another single, called Prom Night and its worse :S
