Got it for free. Insurance was already paid for. The only cost about that car was gas and tags. Other than that it don't cost me anything.

I bought my '86 Suburu GL for $600 from my mom. I had to pay for insurance and the tags were good for 10 months.

It was a junker but it was a good car to learn the rules of the road.

It was like a 91 Toyota Camry, and it was probably worth around $1,500 - $2,000. It was a hand-me-down.

I'm getting mine today =D. I jsut turned 16, it's a Mazda 6 sports package with 6 speed transmission =D. I think its coming at around 17k out the door. But I'm paying for it, gotta go get a job =(

My grandpa gave me my car...when I was 14. I wasn't even tall enough to reach the pedals yet :P I don't know how much he payed for it...whatever a brand new Chrysler Lebaron convertible cost in 1991.
