I don't know how many I actually send, but I end up with about 2500 text messages per month (total, including received messages as well). About 83 messages per day on average then.
I send anywhere from 500-1000 texts per month, I'd say. I text a lot off and on during the day. I hate having texting conversations, though, so I avoid those at all costs.
Only when I don't think calling would be appropriate, I can get the information I need in 2 or so messages, or when someone texts me. Last time I texted someone was on Christmas.
Not at all. If one of my friends (all of them KNOW I hate texting) sends me a text, I send them ONE reply, and make a solemn vow to punch them in the face the next day. Or if they're a girl, to sort of mess up their hair.
Quite a lot, but only to about 5 people frequently. I have been kept up til 3am every night for a week texting one of my friends, she sleeps during the day or not at all. I'm pretty grateful actually, been feeling a bit lonely for a while.
I don't have a text plan, wife and I just pay by the message and it comes to a couple bucks a month for both of us. We do have unlimited e-mail and web access so it is quicker to just e-mail each other.
It really just depends. Sometimes I'll have 2-3 text conversations a day or sometimes, I won't text anyone for days. I don't know exactly how many texts I send/recieve a month though.
Depends on the day for me, but usually between 5 and 10 times a day on average, I'm not attached to the hip with my phone, but I do use it, and I prefer text over talking on the phone.
