I take it that you don't tip waiters/waitresses either?
I tip a dollar for a $10 haircut from my regular barber. I've never seen anybody else tip my barber though.
I once went to one place and the girl actually had the nerve to ask for a tip.
Is the US the only place where tips are manditory???

Tips aren't mandatory. It's just common, cultural courtesy.
