I usually try to do it 3 times. Sometimes I may skip the one after lunch if I'm busy or something.

My number wasn't in the poll so I rounded down.... 2.3 times a day I have this thing were I will chew on my toothbrush like a baby when I am dead tired. So it counts as 3/10 in my book
