How often do you find yourself rooting for the "wrong" side?

I'm talking about any type of fiction. Novels, Comic Books, Movies, Video Games, etc. In all of these, I find myself often hoping for the side that is supposed to be the bad one to win. For instance, back in the day when I watched Looney Toons I would usually want Elmer to shoot Bugs dead. And when I looked into Avatar, it appears that the humans are the bad guys(No thanks). The list goes on. Does this happen to you guys often?

I usually root for whoever I think is right, that said, I often root for the good guys more often.

I always used to want Bobby from Bobby's World to fall off his big wheel and break his neck. Hated that show. Too bad for Howie Mandel, though. I like him.

Very, very often. I've always found bad characters to be much more interesting characters, with interesting backgrounds and personalities to boot. Take the Harry Potter series, for example. Several of my favourite characters are ones of evil nature like Bellatrix Lestrange (though this character's appeal is mostly due to Helena Bonham Carter's fantastic display) and Voldemort (on the subject of this character, many might find him fairly cliché, which he ultimately is, but there's just something about his deliciously evil demeanor that draws me in).

Depends. Sometimes one cannot help but root for the good guys...

I find myself doing it more times than one.

I'm not gonna lie.. I always root for the Germans when I watch COH replays. Partly because I always play as Wehr, but it also just leaves me with a more powerful image when I see Allied soldiers fighting for their lives against an unstoppable foe.

I always rooted for the crooks in Con Air. I mean, seriously. John Malkovich? Steve Buscemi? Yeah, baby.

Couldn't help but root for Hans Landa in Inglourious Basterds (even though he's a Nazi)

Such a well-crafted character. Extremely evil, but his character was the best thing about the movie.
