How often do you listen to your favourite songs?

We all have song(s) that we consider as our favourite, but how often do you listen to it/them? Do you ever think that if you listen to it too many times, the emotions and feelings that you feel for the song would dwindle with repeated listening?

I wouldn't be surprised if I listened to Angel by Massive Attack over 1000 times.

but for the most part, I try not to listen to a song too often. The most wonderful and diverse song in the world would get derivative if you listened to it too much

I like to think that favourite songs are like wine in that it only gets better with time, but with unlimited refills, it doesn't taste as special as it once did.

I guess there are always "B songs" that I'm free to abuse.

at least once a week.

It depends on my mood. I listen to quite a few different bands, if i'm in the mood for Gothic rock, then i'll listen to my favorite gothic rock tracks. And if i'm too occupied to jam to the music, then i'll listen to gothic rock tracks that are not my favorite. Same applies for EBM, Darkwave, Dark ambient, and every other genre i listen to. 

Like a few times a week. My favorites often change as well.

When the time is right. I dont have a set routine, I just listen when ever I feel like it.

A couple of times a week.

When I'm in the right setting and mood. You can't listen to an 18+ minute track at a place like school.

Yeah, I think it does diminish their impact on me if I listen to same songs too often.  I try to switch it up on occasion, but mostly I just listen to whatever I feel like at the time.

Everyday before I go to sleep.

on repeat when high, rarely when sober.
