With all of the ignorance being thrown around this forum, it seems like a prime place for reporting TOU violations. So how often do you report other users? I only report pretty blatant violations...
Only on 2 conditions, the first is if its by some new user who is just posting to only make trouble. Or by an account suicide which is posting porn and the like.

I know right,I once got reported because I asked how nintendo would handle emulators,free or charge...after that day I felt so pissed that whoever reported on me was/is a serious f** and a jack off.some kid will probably report me for saying that,not because they are offended or that I deserve it,but to get points
Rarely and virtually never on content. Virtually all are for disruptive posting, primarily spam and advertising, that are not subjective and just degrade everyone's enjoyment of these boards.
