Most days but then have huge week long absences. Those are the times when a workplace scan of personal internet use is announced... ;)
I post in it every day usually, but I am a union man myself, I come to OT when I have finished my posting in unions.
I go on here pretty much every day. I usually have it open in the background when I'm on the internet, and check back here every few minutes for a new thread or post.
