You're supposed to eat 3 meals a day buddy. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Force your self too if you need to.
Also eat fast. You don't feel full until 10 minutes after you actually become full.
You should be eating 3-5 meals a day and drinking lots of water.
You also can't just live off of carbs as you mentioned...
try going to the gym 3-4 times a week and eating lots of protein a day.
get 7-9 hours of sleep as well because that's when your muscle grows.
If you stick to that cycle, in two weeks you'll see positive changes.
if you don't feel like gaining lean weight then i'd say to just eat more and some meats...
I seem to be struggling to gain weight lately. I have been loosing weight, about 1 month ago i weighted 120 pounds and now i weight 114 pounds, i am 5'11" by the way.
I only eat like chips, cookies, brownies and only eat 1 meal a day.
Should i eat more meals?? What kind of food should i eat so i can gain more weight??

I really hope you guys can recommend me ways to gain weight, if i keep loosing weight like this i will probably get sick.

the only recommended way to gain weight is to take high calorie protein shakes (a long with high protein foods) and lift weights.
eating a lot of fatty foods might not work, your body can only take so much in and then it digests t he rest and then you have your sped up metabolism on top of that... so just lift
