eat lots and work out... i'm skinny as hell too, but that seems to be working for me
I myself am trying to get meat on me... not lard, so I'm just eating LOTS of healty stuff, and the more exercise you do, the hungrier u are, and the more you want to eat!

Concentrate on physical activities that will bulk you up with a minimal loss of calories. Weight-lifting is a must if you want to build shoulder mass. If it's something you're embarassed to do in a public gym, then do it at home. Until you can get a decent set of weights, you can use household things like large canned goods or the like. Alternate on each day by going for power on one day, and then reps the next. While I don't recommend cutting running or walking entirely out of your exercise plan, these won't really help the areas that you stated that you wanted to bulk up.
Keep up a diet high on carbs and proteins. Eat lots of breads, pastas, nuts, and meats. Don't go for a lot of sweets or pop, because these will give you short-term energy and will not help in the long run. Fast food will mostly just shoot through your system, but if you're looking for fat, I guess it will help. I'd also recommend picking up a legal supplement. I'm not sure if Creatin is still legal or not, but that was a good one back in the late nineties. Water is an absolute must - drink as much as you can. Don't substitute things like Propel or mineral water for regular water, as it'll leave you dehydrated and you'll wind up losing mass.

My friends have the same problem and are mixing "Weight Gain 4000" with stuff they drink. Yeah, it exists, and I didn't believe it until I saw it. Don't know how much it's working, but if you see the stuff that's in it, it's pretty disgusting. It's basically powdered fat and sugar. But supposedly it doesn't taste like total crap.
At the rate I'm going, I might need it soon, too.
yeah... i'm really skinny and i'm sick of it.... do you gain shoulder width by becoming fat? i don't want to be like fat, i just want to gain more meat but also work out in the process... do you think that'll work? also what is the quickest way of becoming fat? right now i'm working out but i'm skinny as hell... any help on how to be average or a hunk?metalsnake219
Trying to change your genes? Eating to become big will do nothing more than make you fatter. I have a broad chest and big arms with high shoulders, but that's just because my father and both of my grand fathers have a large stature so naturally I do. I've always been taller and broader than anyone else.
