A series of global protests about global climate change cause all major world governments to switch over to nuclear power for their energy needs; which creates a steady rise in nuclear waste. This, in turn, sparks another world wide protest concerning the environment. Consequently a series of supper mass drivers are built to fire the waste into the sun. This works for a few hundred years until it is noticed that the continued use of the ssto devices are causing the earth to move slowly away from the sun. Unable to stop the process soon enough, the earth is covered in a massive, sudden ice age killing every thing except the smallest marine bacteria.
i dont know, but id like to kneel before the severed head of lady liberty and shout "You blew it up! Damn you all to hell!" just before it ends. it would make everything worth ending.

What exactly is there to worry about a bunch of crackpot theorists spewing garbage from their mouths about the "end of the world?" They have absolutely no evidence to support their theories so why believe them for a second?

Its not just crackpot theorists spewing stuff from their mouths. Look up the future tellers called Mayans or something like that. They've been right about EVERY SINGLE THING that was going to happen in future days except one thing. And that ONE thing was not even that big of a deal. I even opened up my Internet browser today and guess what?...The government is stocking up on plant life and letting it grow in a vault in Antarctica just for this"theory"...that or Alaska but the point is that if you read up on it, than its not just nonsense. Its not the type of Apocalypse in which people would think about like zombies but the sun scorching the earth burning every living thing, leaving the few survivors to gasp for air as they see the plant life fade away. Rumors like bigfoot or zombies really happening are fakes without a doubt but this is something to at least consider
