My face is usually clear, but every once in a while I get a really huge pimple either on my cheek or nose:(

I have freckles because I dont sit inside all day. A couple pimples right now. Not too bad.

Mostly clear. A couple blackheads, no pimples. I usually get one zit every week.

I'm clear now, although I do get some minor pimples around twice a month, but I leave them alone and they go away quick. I used to have a lot more when I was younger, but not anymore.
