Do you have a beer belly?  or a six-pack? 

I'm going to try and start to build up a bit of a muscly tummy, for t3h ladiez....Any tips?

Instead of just working out in a gym or something, do some sort flips and such around the place you live. I think I'm going to start doing that. Doing repetitious workout plans often lead to strong muscles but weak flexibility, personally speaking.

I do not understand my abdomen. I can suck it in to show my ribs but when I let it loose it hangs and looks like I am pregnant. As if distended or something.

There is a six pack, it's kind of hard to see and there are these horizontal lines on my tummy *plays drums on it* :oops:

My stomach is flatter than usual. Ive been eating porridge for breakfast lately and skipping lunch which seems to help. Oh and i run half an hour each day which gets every muscle group going.

Actually really good. I used to to Judo, and we did 500 sit ups a class, not all at once of course. Now that I quit, I only do about 100 a night. Still keeps my stomach trim. Now if I could only be persuaded to work on the rest of my body:P

I'm losing mine. Cut sugar drom my diet, and lost 15 lbs like that. I was so inspired by that, and starting walking. I'm up to 3 miles a day. My total weight loss is now 40 lbs. I look at old pictures of myself and can't believe it. Want tighter abs? Go to a gym

I'm kinda somewhere in between.  Not a beer belly by any means, but I used to have a full-on six-pack.

Then I started working out and eating like crazy to gain some muscle weight.  Went from 130 to 160, which was great.  But I lost some stomach definition in the process.  Ah well!

Oh, and it's fuzzy too. :P  Woo!

same here!!!! I work out constantly, but I still have my tummy:(

rubbers it in :p... wish i could have stayed un-pregnant and made HIM get pregnant instead....v_v i miss bein size 11. I had a booty i was proud of and hips that could kill ^_^ now..teh FUPA must die!!!!!!!!!!!! ...id list what that meant but scared of a mod...ah hell why not. FUPA - Fat Upper P***y Area.....and for guys its FUCA ...more prominent in women who have had babies though...or way too many big macs lol

I run 5 miles every other day.  My stomach is thin.sonicare
id drop after the first 1/4 of a mile lol. ...but mostly cause my knees are completely wasted. I ruined them skateboarding and rollerblading...and other such activities v_v

Yea, i loved my body. BUT...key word up there is HAD :( at least some day maybe...hopefully...i can reclaim at least most of it. id not argue with size 12...but heck if i could get into 10's id be celebrating like no other...that would put me to pre pregnancy size which is i think every moms desire lol

I heard Speed Walking is a billion and 80 times better for you then running...for your knees sake anyhow...and it still gives you a good cardio as long as you keep the pace up.

Where did you first hear that saying?  Because it is a common saying from where i am from.  Anyways i have a good sized beer belly.

My large frame makes my ribs still kinda stick out.

I just jog, I only run when I play football.

It's perfectly flat in the morning and by night it's not, I dunno, maybe that is the effect of gravity or the effect of what I've been eating during the day, or both. I doubt I'll ever loose it entirely though, that's just my body type.

id assume its from what you had consumed during the day. Especially if you eat a lot and are so full you dont want to move. ....thanksgiving dinner style where ya gotta unbutton your pants. o_o
