I'm going to try and start to build up a bit of a muscly tummy, for t3h ladiez....Any tips?

I do not understand my abdomen. I can suck it in to show my ribs but when I let it loose it hangs and looks like I am pregnant. As if distended or something.foxhound_foxDid some boy get you in a family way? O_O

:lol: Mine is kinda like that, it's gotten abit more fat lately though..
Instead of just working out in a gym or something, do some sort flips and such around the place you live. I think I'm going to start doing that. Doing repetitious workout plans often lead to strong muscles but weak flexibility, personally speaking.BranKetra
Yeah, I've been doing some sit-ups and crunches etc. I've noticed abit of a change recently...

i started doing crunches 2 weeks ago, i do 225 a day...will help me lose the fat from havin 2 kids...and also help tighten up those muscles that got stretched ect. :( i hate what pregnancy did to me :(xhellcatxAww I'm sure you'll get to your desired figure son hunny. I'm kinda somewhere in between. Not a beer belly by any means, but I used to have a full-on six-pack.
Then I started working out and eating like crazy to gain some muscle weight. Went from 130 to 160, which was great. But I lost some stomach definition in the process. Ah well!
Oh, and it's fuzzy too. :P Woo!

FUPA - Fat Upper P***y Area.....and for guys its FUCA ...more prominent in women who have had babies though...or way too many big macs lol

Yea, i loved my body. BUT...key word up there is HAD :( at least some day maybe...hopefully...i can reclaim at least most of it. id not argue with size 12...but heck if i could get into 10's id be celebrating like no other...that would put me to pre pregnancy size which is i think every moms desire lol[QUOTE="sonicare"]I run 5 miles every other day. Where did you first hear that saying? Because it is a common saying from where i am from. Anyways i have a good sized beer belly.
My large frame makes my ribs still kinda stick out.
