Hypothetical situation; Would you be pissed?

I moved into a "friends" house recently and am beginning to regret every minute I spend here. I pay rent first off. As well as utilities.

He owns 2 dogs and 3 cats. The dog's don't really mess much of my crap up, but they do make a **** load of messes at the house. I can't even bring girls over because he neglects to clean up the dog **** and piss. I'm tired of doing that ****.

What really gets me mad is he doesn't seem to respect personal property. In the past week hes come into my room and taken money out of my dresser without telling me "for utilites" and taken it upon himself to place my MOTHERS vaccum that I had stored in a closet outside to trash.

I'm about to tell him to go to hell and to pay for it. What would you do?

This is why if you're going to live with friends, make sure of three things:

1. It isn't your best friend. 2. They aren't swingers. 3. You have a lock on your door.

And yeah, I'd be pretty pissed.
