Waited on hold today for 45 minutes to speak to the provincial government office today about my income assistance check. After waiting that amount of time, this automated message comes on and says...

We recommend calling back between *8:30AM and 10:00AM, and 2:45PM to 4:00PM, as our call volumes are generally lower at this time. Your call will now be disconnected. Goodbye. *Click*".
If I want to wait on hold that's my call...
Just goes to show that the Government doesn't give a **** about anything us lowly citizens have to say...
