Hilarious!
Futurama is king. In my honest opinion Futurama is one of the best Animated Comdies, ever.
What are your opinions on Futurama?
Are you pumped for the new season in the Summer of 2010? I AM! :D

Not even slightly interested. Futurama season 1 was bad. The rest got downhill.

I think the reason Futurama is so good is that the humour is more subtle than in say, Family Guy or The Simpsons, which use in-your-face comedy. It means that for these other shows, an episode is only funny once or twice in say, 6 months or a year. As the years go on and you see them more, they eventually become unwatchable. Because you tend to 'forget' the humour in Futurama, you can watch them more frequently and many times in the future. I simply cannot watch Series 3 of The Simpsons, because I know when all the funny parts would have been. I can still watch pretty much any Futurama episode and still get a laugh.

Very true. I still find The Simpsons funny though.

Hopefully the new season is good because Futurama is amazing. I enjoyed the movies though I felt they weren't as good as most of the TV series, mostly because it's hard to write a 1.5 hour episode when you're used to writing 25 minute ones. Very excited though I do hope the network doesn't shuffle them around like they did with the original series.

But yes, Futurama, good show. Don't know if another attempt to revive it will be good, though.

Futurama is fantastic.

It is one of those gems that FOX/The American people let slip through their fingers. Hopefully it's gained enough momentum to attract a bigger following this time around.

If you axe me, it comes second to Firefly.

I love Futurama, and glad it got renewed with it's original cast. I think it's my favorite animated show these days. Family Guy and SouthPark are too far up their own **** with politics these days. Simpsons can be funny, but frequently isn't. American Dad just plain sucks. as does The Cleveland Show. I've always loved Futurama's tongue in cheek subtle humor.
