its weird but chorizo and eggs has got to be one of the greatest combinations in the world. Add some stove-toasted corn tortillas and some tapatio hot sauce and its amazing. Idunno what it is but the fat from the chorizo renders down and mingles with the eggs and...oh, jesus, MUST EAT NOW!

I get it every time I go out with a fruit salad on the side so it cleanses my tongue in between bites.

bite of chorizo and egg, bite of watermelon, bite of chirozo and egg, a grape, etc etc. SOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!
