I don't get it.... why can't science prove that ghosts exist????

I don't get it....many and i mean millions of sightings of the supernatural have been witnessed by many people. Videos, pictures, recordings etc. have also been taped/recorded to prove their sightings. So i don't get it were in the 21st century and going to Mars but we can't prove something like ghosts? when do you think they will be able to? when will science be able to prove it.

Give it time science needs to advance more. people used to think the earth was flat untill our technology improved. After we invent a ghost finder that works then well know they are real scientificly

Sometimes, the National Geographic channel has documentaries on the "findings" of Jesus's tomb, and they found some bones that can be "proven" to be the first few generations on Earth. All they used was their imagination though.

If you believe in ghosts, then you would try to use the videos and pictures to prove the existence. Although, most people just photoshop everything together, and make a big deal about it.

However, if you can see them, if they can move crap around, and if they show up on film, then they must have properties that are "natural". If they interact with normal matter, then they should be detectable by current science.

The difference is that before quarks were proven to exist, their existence was well backed up with theory. Scientists are able to predict the properties of unknown particles, molecules, and atoms before they are ever discovered.

By contrast, has anyone formulated a comprehensive theory of ghosts?
