That text message doesn't seem random at all. Someone is clearly trying to let another know where the water is, nothing random about it. What you shuld do is text or call the sender back and let them know that they have the wrong number.

I got a message yesterday from a random # that said, "I think Megan saw what we did last night. Are you sure you buried that hooker deep enough. I burned my clothes, I think you should probably do the same." I don't know any Megans and I didn't kill any hookers, but I assured the guy that "I already did that. I'll take care of Megan. Make it look like an accident." Never heard back.
