The only problem is that when she goes outside to do her business, she barks pretty much non stop. It's not just like a little barking, it like full-blown repeated barking.
We tell her to "shut up" or say "NO!" or just "Shhhhhh" and those all work, she knows what they mean, but it only works for maybe 1-2 minutes, then she's back at it again.
She's a pomeraninan and quite small (about 4 pounds). Is there muzzles small enough for her out there? How about those zappers that zap the dog when they bark? Do they make them for little 4 pound dogs? The only muzzles and zappers I've seen are for larger dogs.
Are there any other devices you're aware of that could help me?
