I got assault at work today!

i was at work and the guy grabed my collar and he said shut the f* up. he hit me while doing this.

the guy called me an ahole and i wanted a aplogy from him and he was listening to sombody and he said shut up, then grasbed me and told me the shut up.

who should i tell its assault to me for not realy telling me.
