there is no reasoning with this guy.
all he does is watch me work and tells me I need to work faster. I never see him do any work. All he does is tell people they need to do a better job, or didn't do something correctly so do it again.

My boss was really cool like a good friend but he was transfered =[ Well if you dont hate your job as well then thats not as bad, id rather hate my boss and like my job than the other way around.
