I'm a very Jealous person.. It runs in the family so im told, not like "oh he has a nicer car than me" jealous..Like if my girlfriend has guy friends which she does and we're all cool with eachother i get so upset. I know its ok and i trust her cause shes not like that but something takes over and i hate the fact she even talks to them. And its not right thats awful of me...Any adive of dealing?
thats just how you are theres nothing you can do about it. just keep a close eye on your girl. make sure shes always honest with you and you won't have anything to worry about.

Not much you can do about it bro except get over it. No real tips are going to help. You need to accept it and move on, or it's going to cause you a lot of problems man with girls in the future....believe me.
Just remember jealousy is a vicious cycle the more you show of it the more it pushes your g/f away from you..If every time she talksto someguy you go nutty its just going to make her keep her guy friends hidden from you, thus making you more jealous..See a vicious cycle.
I don't believe "jealousy runs in the family" its can be a learned behaviour and or could steam from something that happened in you past. If its ether of these two you have to work on this and exsplain to your g/f what it was that caused you to become this way.And work on it from there.
The only other reason I can think of is low self esteem and that is a project that only you are able to work on.
Just remember she is your g/f so she must have found something she likes about you, so feel good in that ..
