I was half-asleep listening to doom metal and all of a sudden my dad just starts shouting extremely loud. I wasn't terrified but close to it and he's shouting "help me" in a dull voice. Not knowing what to do my mom picked him up, helped him to the van, and started driving to the hospital. He said it was in his stomache and just start to shout help me repeatedly. He used to be fat but recently he lost a LOT of weight and he's been eating healthy and stuff for the past months. he's also only around 44 years old. I'm really timid right now and I don't know what to think. what do I do?

I got up and asked what is wrong, but it sounded like he was in extreme pain. I'm half naked and going with them isn't what I really should be doing. I know it's a bit much to jump this far ahead but he hasn't lived the most healthy life and he's been pretty fat until recently.

This happened seriously just like 30 minutes ago. It's not a heart attack (I hope) but I'm just worried as hell. I can't sleep now and I have school tomorrow. I'm just extra worried because I was also having thoughts about what would happen if someone in my family did die and it feels coincidental that this followed that thought.

It'd have to be a serious case of cramps (which he's never complained about before).

It could be just about anything, you probably won't know whats wrong until all the proper testing is done. I hope its a decent place, the hospital out here drugged my great aunt and messed her up in the head because the people there would rather sit on ass and read the news paper, rather than sitting with an old woman or assisting people at the desk, aka their job.

I'm sure your dad is fine, things tend to work out and you look back and figure out that you did all that worrying for nothing.
