Pretty funny seeing that I just came back from a trip and had so many people not flick off their high-beams... Usually I just flick them back on when they're right in front of me.
I hate those people - also, when you are driving through no pass areas and they get right up on your ass with brights on, all I can do is obnoxiously spam my brakes
