I just found a Blackberry Pearl!!!

I was watching Transformers and I found it laying under my seat (It started ringing). When I got home I took out the sim card and replaced it with mine. I'm wondering if i can get caught, like can AT&T track me using it?

Since you are using your sim card you technically aren't doing anything illegal. Finders keepers though I probably would have just left it or turned it in.

Since you have your own sim card in it, nothing really wrong, but what you did was a true d*****bag move. It's a very expensive phone and just taking it like that is a pretty terrible thing to do. Go back to the movie theater and turn it in.
