I was watching Transformers and I found it laying under my seat (It started ringing). When I got home I took out the sim card and replaced it with mine. I'm wondering if i can get caught, like can AT&T track me using it?

still. its called family locator but that doesnt mean its exclusive to families. if they have that program they can look on the internet and find the nearest intersection that the phone is closest to[QUOTE="PhantomSpartan"][QUOTE="FUBAR24"]wow stealing someones phone. you better hope they dont have the family locator cause that is linked to the serial number of the phone and not the sim card. so yes they can find youFUBAR24

If you lost your phone, would you want someone to turn it in?I was watching Transformers and I found it laying under my seat (It started ringing). YOU ***** GIVE ME MY PHONE!
Heh, just kidding.
Since you have your own sim card in it, nothing really wrong, but what you did was a true d*****bag move. It's a very expensive phone and just taking it like that is a pretty terrible thing to do. Go back to the movie theater and turn it in.
Dude. I admit it's the owner's fault. With a phone that expensive you gotta take extra care of it.
If anything you should have made an account and ebayed it.
Otherwise I might have given it in to the police. Or maybe even answered the phone and said it's in the cinema :P
Thread says you found a Pearl, and you say your using your sim card so thats not illegal, it's just you being a douche.
You found a Blackberry and a pearl? Just keep the pearl but you should know that if you find fruit on the ground you probably shouldnt eat it.
He actually found an oyster and a tree. :PYou found a Blackberry and a pearl? Just keep the pearl but you should know that if you find fruit on the ground you probably shouldnt eat it.

to all the people who say police are going to get involved
i doubt it he really didn't do anything he found it under his seat then took it home and changed sim cards
he's just some what of a dick but i think alot of people woulda done the same thing
I found a phone once, was not very good though  I prefer the time i found a crisp 20 pound note on the floor :D
