every time I go on any site it scrolls down very slowly.

Is this a problem with my computers hardware capabilities?

Or is this just a feature that can be turned off?

Scroll faster... :| Use your mouse wheel. Use the double-click feature. Use the scrollbar. Stop using the arrow buttons or the d-pad. I don't know... Don't be so vague.

probably something with your graphics card, could be your ram but thats highley unlikely
