bella swan is a despicable human being. the way she uses jacob--the 'nice guy' of the story--but drops him as soon as her abusive boyfriend is back in the picture is so..true to life :cry:

edward is a pasty controlling stalker

and jacob is a pathetic scorned loser that needs to move on

they both fight for the right to control bella. so this is what tween girls are eating up huh? interesting

I couldn't stop watching it though, I guess that's to the movies credit. it was like a car accident.

Yeah, it's complete trash. And all of it happens with a boring story and backdrop.

I watched 3 out of the 4 movies on my own free will and am a male with a fiance. My justification is that I watched them with rifftrax playing along side. All that out of the way, those movies are f*cking horrible. No plots, no good characters, no anythying.

I watched one of them and I honestly can't remember which one. It was really boring and nothing happened, my sister said that this one had the most action and I couldn't believe it. I have zero interest in the books or ever watching another movie.

I have a tendency to go with a "I will dislike this" attitude whenever I approach a popular / trendy thing with our society. So with Twilight I went with this mindset ... and ended up secretly loving it. The scenery, the story, the characters ... I really like the films. Nobody knows this about me outside of this thread, the anonimity provided by a username lets me set free.

will say,the actual story(from what ive gathered from previews and such) is kinda intriguing.

i will say i have seen the first two. though i was mostly on my laptop, but my sister was watching them in the background so i caught bits and pieces.

but the story is quite interesting, not that vampire sparkling sh!t.

but from what ive got from the trailer for the last movie, seems pretty cool.

vampires and werewolfs actually working together. when they have pretty much always been enemies, seems kinda cool.

just the way it was produced and such, is just off-putting.

so i kinda like the story, just not how it was portrayed.
