But sadly, I don't have the bollocks to ask her out. But then again, I don't know if she's into me.

Should I ask her out anyways? If she rejects me, I'll still have to see her on a regular basis since I work with her...

You want to be careful. Even if all goes to plan for you, some employers don't tolerate relationships within the workforce and, if they find out, could ask one or both of you to leave. Seriously, that can happen.

check employee handbook. if relationships are not tolerated between co-workers, she can get you sued for a sexual harassment lawsuit if you break up. or before, who knows.

That happy-go-lucky approach doesn't work with colleagues. If she says no, you're in for a world of awkwardness.

Neighbours, work mates, friends--anyone you see on a egular basis--should be avoided when it comes to romantic/sexual relationships.

I agree and disagree with you.You don't want to go out with a complete stranger, but If you go out with someone you know it might hurt your friendship with them, or it would be very awkward.:?

Yeah, but I still say go for it. You have more to gain than you have to lose. Unless youre fckugly that is.
