My gym teacher and I started talking about whose state is better(I live in Georgia and he comes from Florida). I was winning when I said Georgia has a better state song(Georgia on my mind-Ray Charles) than Florida. But then he told me that Ray Charles had more fans in Florida, and just wrote that song because he wasn't allowed to perform in Georgia. Is there anyway I can counter that.
Hmmm...how many hurricanes does Georgia suffer from? I know it's only one state up, but most of the time you hear about hurricanes in Florida, Louisiana or even a bit of Texas...but I never hear much of one hitting Georgia...so, for the sake of not experiencing a hurricane, I'd pick Georgia. (Although, I went to University in South Carolina, Greenville to be precise, and while that's quite a way inland, I did feel the outer edges of a hurricane once).

And that Ray Charles song is a good one. I heard a rap group sample the song. Do you know who did it? I was in Lids a while ago and heard it. I like Ray Charles original jazzy, soul-fueled version much better by a long shot.
