I Need an Idea for Asking a Girl to Prom

So there is this girl I have always liked and I would really like to go to prom with her. It would probably be as friends because this is our Senior Year and we are going to different colleges next year. The only thing is that there is this other guy that I'm pretty sure is going to ask her too. Our prom is about a month and a half away which really isnt that far if you think about it. If I dont ask her in a week or two then she will probably be taken cause she is pretty good looking. I'm not creative at all, I've been thinking for awhile but can't come up with an original idea. I want something really cool that will just blow her away and make her really want to say yes. Can you all help? Dont worry about money, that is most likely no object since its my Senior Prombut dont freaking break my bank haha. Please help.

I mean asking would be the simplest way but I just feel like thats a little to simple for something as big as prom. Girls loved to be asked in creative ways. If she was my girlfriend then yeah myabe i'd just ask her but she isnt.

you don't need to be original or creative, just ask her. otherwise spend 2 wekes trying to think of something creative whle someone else just asks her and you're sol

I remember prom! Was this pretty girl I had a crush on but not the nerve to ask her to go with me. So I went stag! Since then I realized asking a girl out is like going sky diving; it's a thrill in which you hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. Ok, forget the sky diving thing... so, if I'm pretending to be you, I'd walk up to her with a cheery look on my face, stare at her till she says, "What?" and then you say, "Prom's a month from now, I've been waiting for you to ask me to go with, and I can't believe you still haven't." (Which is probably what she's on about at that point, or not!). Doesn't matter if she says YES or NO, what matters is that you asked. If she says YES, great. If she says NO you can say "Ahh, pity! Now I really have to ask someone out!" But don't lose your cheery face!

Maybe you all are right and maybe I should just ask her. I mean I guess she doesnt need to be asked in an insane way. I just know girls like it when people do something like that so I kinda wanted to but I see where you all are coming from. I guess I was just hoping maybe asking her in an awesome way would make her really want to go with me but nah I dont want to make her feel like she has to. The only thing is, she broke up with her boyfriend about a month and a half ago, I know they arent going to get back together but she might be asked to prom by him. I guess thats my problem is if I ask her and she says no, the other girl i was gunna ask might hear she said no and I dont want someone to think they are like a second choice. So pretty much its a one and donel either it happens or it doesnt.

If you think someone else is going to ask her, don't be creative about it. Just get to her first :P

use your mouth and expanisve knowledge of the english language to formulate a question.

here is how i asked my prom date out.

school was over and i was walking her out to the front where all the parents pick kids up

me: hey so who are you going to prom with?

her: idk yet, no one has asked me

once prom is too close you open the bag of lies

she'll go with you regardless than go to prom dateless

or you could just say will you go out with me please

Write "Will you go to prom with me?" on a brick and throw it at her.

I don't think you have to be creative I think you just need to ask in person of course.
