I really wanna get ripped but i don't know what steps to take i am not an average guy i am really weak idk where to start.Im 15 by the way.

Go to a gym and try these out. Since you probably aren't an avid weightlifter, start with light weight and add on more until its comfortable (but not too easy). Look up these workouts and learn how to do them properly. These pretty much work out the muscles that make you "ripped".

This. If you want to get stronger, it's kind of obvious that you're going to need to work out.
