Ever since i got Rock Band, one of my favourite songs has always been The Hand That Feeds. Since i liked the song so much, i decided to download the new NIN album The Slip (through their site! not illegally!). I didn't really like any of the songs on the album so i watched a few NIN songs on youtube and i really couldn't get into any of them as much as The Hand That Feeds. Are there any songs more like that?

Try the album Year Zero or the Downward Spiral, although I'm sure Samwell_X knows much more then me or anyone else.

NIN dosent have too much like that.

they have some songs that you might like anyway, like starsuckers, inc (replace the s with an F to find it on youtube), the perfect drug

Try 1,000,000 on The Slip. its probably the easiest on that CD to enjoy.

Theres also the song Wish. its another song that doesn't have too much instrumentals and such like a lot of NiN songs.

I still need to buy some more Nine Inch Nails.. :)

TC, sounds like you're a fan of With_Teeth. Check out that album, it's definitely NINs most accessable. Specifically Only, Hand That Feeds, You Know What You Are?, and Every Day Is Exactly The Same.

Be sure to check out the songs

Closer
March Of The Pigs
Somewhat Damaged

that ones from with teeth, NINs weakest album. its not bad, but it doesnt have the sound that nin came to be known for imo. their best were the downward spiral, closer, and pretty hate machine.

You've found a new band.  The Hand That Feeds is one of NIN's worst.  Go get Pretty Hate Machine, Broken, or The Downward  Spiral and go from there.

Dammit I have to go play Audiosurf now after reading this thread. Eraser and Mr. Self Destruct are awesome rides.

The Hand That Feeds isn't very... nin-y... I mean, it is Nine Inch Nails, but is hardly the sound that Trent Reznor is known for... It is a kind of a weak song in my opinion. But if you want more like it, go buy With_Teeth. I'd say it is the weakest Nine Inch Nails album (although it is still amazing).

If you want the real Nine Inch Nails sound, start with something early. I guess by your preference to The Hand That Feeds you would be best starting off with (assuming you don't go for With_Teeth) "Broken".

I mean, if you are looking to get into the band, With_Teeth is probably your best bet. It has some excellent songs on, particularly past the half way point, and for new fans I suppose it is a pretty good starting place since it is very accessible. But it is more of a straight up rock record rather than something deeper and more interesting like the other albums.
