For a while, I thought they were power crazy, trigger happy guys who just loved to push that button labled "lock topic." But, I finally realized they are actually really great. Could you imagine Gamespot without them? It would be chaos. So, here's a thanks to all the mods that keep the Gamespot forums clean and safe.
I really don't see how anyone who's been on XBL recently could have a problem with mods. That's a perfect example of what happens with unmoderated kids on the internet.

I fully believe that moderators are here to do their job. They realize that Gamespot is a popular website (I've been visiting the place since the age of 8 years), so they want to protect it and keep its reputation clean.

His post was really random. It had nothing to do with Gears of War on the PC.
They aren't. I mean, I've been modded for some questionable things, but all in all, they're trying their best. Plus, I really wouldn't want to post on a forum that didn't have mods. I'd get sick and tired of all the users being idiots.
