lol, that must suck >.> When I was living in sac I got a rather large ticket for unknowingly  being parked by a fire hydrant. Yes, I was coming home at like 7am (night crew) in the pouring rain. Why do people drive FASTER in the rain??? do they think they're in a boat or something >.>
