I just realized that when there is less visual stimulation, my thoughts become more "thought-out" and clearer... such as when I turn out the lights and lay in bed and think, or if they turn the lights out at work, or taking a walk out at night. Has anybody else noticed this or am I losing my mind? Because I'm 100% sure this is apparent, in my case anyways...
Everyone has an affinity for a certain place or environment which they feel more at peace in, which allows more quick and stable thinking. Sort of like mine and any body of water. But yeah, you're totally going insane OP. Need to seek professional consult.
I think better just when I'm alone before I go to sleep, the thinking period then makes you think of a lot of possibities to what could happen to the scenario you are thinking about.
I think better in the dark too! but I think it's normal. Usually dark places are more quite,and less disturbance! there is something else too. usually you learn betterunder stress! It doesnt work for me but I've heard this sentence many times
