I think this existence is just a mathematic problem. Math has no beginning or a end. In the beginning of nothingness there is 0 so you add 1 to nothingness and you have 1. You can go negative or positive forever so I can see how the universe has no beginning or an end. I could be wrong. All mathematics are already answered so we live in allpossible realities. Every math problem has an answer.

Yeah, I think if you divide this whole thing by 0, you'll have all the answers you need.

so you are saying that the universe has no beginning nor end....whether it does or not we'll never know and I don't think its our purpose to know.

Math is a term to describe calculating numbers. Specific problems do, indeed, have solutions (an end). I think you're talking about the series of numbers themselves (e.g. 1,2,3,4,5), or maybe fractions, which are infinite just between 0-1. That being said, if your excuse for life is "math" then you need to invest a serious degree in re-evaluating your understanding it, or just make like a conclusion and end yourself.

DUDE! GET ME AN 8TH OF THAT STICKY ICKY!

but seriously, i usually philisophosize too when i'm shredded, and i've realized that life may have had a beginning. and it may have an end. but you must realize, the beginning doesn't affect you. and until the end is here, the end wont affect you either.

so don't live life pondering questions that can't be answered. live for the moment. live for everything human. everything that makes us unique. sex. drugs. alcohol.

the problem of life = solved.

ah ****, I can't believe you've done this

I was just about to post this "1. Mathematics is the language of nature. 2. Everything around us can be represented and understood through numbers. 3. If you graph these numbers, patterns emerge. Therefore: There are patterns everywhere in nature."

How can you say that the beginning doesn't affect you? You're obviously here so it did have some sort of effect.

Think of the Universe as a circle that never began, nor will it end. We are endlessly trapped in this eternal bubble.

Well, e ^ (pi * i ) = -1, which is bananas.

Aside from that, all of the answers can be found here.

I agree. Also, taking the partial derivative of x^2+xy+y^2 will get you laid.

Revelations.GazaAli
I think the title of that at one point had to have been, "Revelations of What a Bad Drug Trip is Like."

edit: That might actually be rather apropos for this thread.

Who knows. I don't think solving it has any real value to us. We are here because we are here. Leave it at that.

Why we were put on this earth (In MY mind) was simply to enjoy what we have. Not to go around always wanting more. Just to enjoy what was given to us, and well we royally ****** it up. We werent supposed to ruin our very planet that we rely on and cherish for our EVERY need. We've already had a second chance, and we WON'T get a third one. Yeah i'm 14. You probaly won't agree with what i wrote but hey, it's just my opinion.

You should write a book and call it the Bible because you're not really giving an answer, you're only telling people what to do, or think. Live your life and let science do its job.
