I think i may have made a traffic violation tonight...

so, i was driving around town. I was taking a few sidestreets and took a right turn onto what i thought was the right side of the road. suddenly, im in the wrong lane of traffic, since both lanes went in my direction. i took a quick turn into an alley as soon as i realized my error. what does OT think? in trouble or no?

Is this serious? The feds aren't going to be at your doorstep because of a violation, A cop didn't see you your fine.

Well the mere fact that you call it a traffic violation shows me that you're mature enough to deal with the possible consequences.

You are gonna get one big ticket and possibly some time. and you posted this on internet so there is no way out of this one :P

I bet if you go back and look, you will find signs that say no right turn before the intersection and do not enter signs and you failed to see them originally. As long as the cops didn't pull you over, you are not in any trouble. Just pay attention to road signs from now on, especially if you are in an unfamiliar area.

It is only a violation if you get caught. :P
