It all started when she hired this new guy...well no keep in mind she's been hiring new people and all of them are from her race. So anyway, she hired this new guy and I've asked her to give me more hours before and she wouldn't, so this new guy is given more hours than me after just a week of working. I've been working there for a year now I think and I work hard every day, so her doing that would just piss anyone off I'm sure of it. So whatever, I'm mad but I don't want to be a complainer...though yesterday she tells me that I don't work on tuesdays anymore, obviously she is cutting my hours. I ask the new guy if she is cutting his hours and he told me that she is actually giving him more hours. Of course I'm going to talk to her about this, but I doubt much will change. I'm looking for a new job because I am so sick of working for her. I'm also thinking of talking with the store owners about it...but I don't know if I should waste my time because I know they won't do a damn thing about it.
giving more people hours which has happened to me before at my job is a common thing for new people who just started. Then after 2 weekes or so everything goes back to normal
i used to have problems like that too. i worked in various places and whenever i ran into unfairness i'll find another job. life is too short to be working somewhere you're not happy at. these days itz tougher thou, so i would try talking to the boss first before jumping ship. you could have rubbed her the wrong way about something and this is a way power is often abused. what's the worse that could happen...at least you'll know where you stand and can take it from there.

Yeah if youre not happy then talk to her and call her a racist if you trully believe she is
You will feel a lot better and the worst that can happen is that you get fired and if you really are good at your job you will have no problem getting another job!!!!!!
There could be a whole bigger picture here. You're also leaving out a bunch of details like what kind of job you have, as well as the experience level of you and these new employees.
Same thing with me brotha except my boss is sexist. Working here for almost a year and i still only get payed 7 bucks an hour. A chick worked over the summer and she got 12 bucks and hour. This company revolves around women empowerment so it's stupid as ****.

It's a computer store where we fix our customers' computers or make computers for them. I'm white and the only white guy who works there while everyone else is either hispanic or asian. I stick out a lot for that I guess.
EDIT: Also, she asked for sex but I proudly declined.
well if your boss is asian and the new guy is asian.. maybee she thinks your just not l337 nuf and you cant play starcraft at 200 actions per minute ... and i'm sure you probly declined her offer to ruf you rong time.
Obviously that is a problem yah but I fail to see how this makes your boss a racist. If anything it just seems like she doesn't like you very much.Dylan_11

Maybe you should just confront her and ask her why she's not giving you extra hours when you've worked there for a year and the new guy gets extra hours.

I'm white. And it's nothing to do with any stereotype, I'm just being logical. Chinese is actually the most common language on the planet, and with a population of 22,911,292 I'm assuming there're more likely to be racist people there then anywhere else.

The term was not intended for the Chinese and on average there seems to be more pressure on whites, than any other racial group, to not be racist. There may be more racists in China because of the population but does that mean they're more likely to be called racist, I highly doubt they are.
