This is not your average anime, this is something else(i know cus i usually hate anyme). You ll hate yourself if you are an american after finishing

this movie.

I didn't even find it that sad. There was like two sad scenes in the entire flick.AAllxxjjnn

Yes Grave of Fireflies is really sad.

But I think that Barefoot Gen is a lot sadder - I've seen this movie over 50 times and I still get teared up when watching it.

I hated that movie.... It bearly held my attention all the way through.

This movie is sad and all...but I can't take anime seriously ya know?

The Five People You Meet in Heaven, anyone? Only movie I've ever cried while watching. Just the reality of it of how he has to live with the decisions he makes while he was a soldier in World War 2. Pretty intense.
