I want YOUR help to decide what present to give to my girlfriend.

Hey guys. Valentines day is next month, and my girlfriends birthday is a month after. So. 2 big presents in 2 months are required :P

Basically, unless you guys would be kind enough to give me more idea's for big nice presents to give, i think i've got 2 things in mind. But, i want YOUR help in deciding which to give, on what occasion.

I think i'm going to get her a sorta modelling day where she can go and get dressed up and be photographed by a professional photographer and.. well.. to boost her confidence and make her look beautiful and sexy (she already does, i want to convince her of it). So thats one.

The other is a flute, engraved with a few words that mean a lot to us both. She used to love playing in school but had to give it up when she left as it was the schools flute.

So. Photography day and flute. But which do i give on her birthday and which on valentines? or.. any other suggestions for gifts.

build her a house.. nothing express loves more than building a house for somebody.

you could build her a small house to live in.

or you could build her a miniture house that she couldn't live in.

both would do a great job expressing how you feel about her. Because you built it yourself. And women can always appreciate it when men use their hands to provide for them.

None.. give her a knife on valentines day and a loaf of bread on her birthday. she should pick up the rest. :x

Photography day - Valentines. I think digital photo frame (with her name on it) would be also cool.

funny! i swear i just read a post about how disappointing gift a gift card really is... and a ton of people agreed... terrible suggestion...

well my suggestion keep the flute for her birthday :) about the photographer thing... um... well we don't know your girlfriend and don't know what she might like, but even if she looks like a godess to you... women can be very self-critical... if you feel she has the confidence it may be a good idea... but as a woman i personally wouldn't like this like "hey honey, i have an appointment for you to a professional photographer... you have an hour to get ready!" wow... scary...

but as i said you know her best ;)

Flute on Valentines Day..because of the words..i'm guessing it would show your love...Photo day on Birthday..confidence boost on the day you were born..:P

Flute's perfect for her birthday, but the model-for-a-day present is not a good present whether she is into modelling or not since you are then forcing it upon her, whether that be the actual photo session, time schedule changes, etc. even if she has mentioned the idea herself beforehand in wanting to do something like that. Those things you have to plan together.
