I was just in a school shooting

I was just in a school shooting. 

I'm freaked, I was at Springwater Trail high school when several shots rang out, glass shattering everywhere. My god. We were in lockdown for 3 hours. then there was a bomb threat and we had to evacuate the top story and front half of our school. I can't believe that this happened. 10 injured. My week has been f***** up.  I was in the room below one that was shot at. We thought it was a chair dropping, but then the principal came on the intercom and said that we were in lock down this is not a drill. At first we thought it was a joke until the sirens showed up. We were in there for 1 hour and then we went on a lock in status. We then went into a lock down again when a bomb threat was issued. We had to run down the hall as fast as possible as they evacuated the top story and front of the school. The bomb was supposedly somewere in the room I was in or on the wall outside. The whole school in two rooms, 110 degrees farenhight in the rooms, people crying, texting, teacher yelling. Police and SWAT every where, all armed with MP-5's. WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY KEEP YOU IN THE SCHOOL IF THERE IS A BOMB AND A SCHOOL SHOOTER?????  They should have let people out of the school in groups of 20 or so at a time!  My school had a bomb threat, and we all had to wait outside for nearly an hour (it was fake of course), and i don't get why we weren't allowed to just go home.

My school ignored a bomb threat...

half of the school was evacuated to the other half, which is not that far saying our school is overcroweded at a student body of 150

In less than one week, I've been dumped, got sick, my pet had to go in for emergency sugery, my parents have been pissed, and I was stuck in hell on earth

The article says the shooter was outside and just shot out a couple of windows.... I doubt they would want to evacuate students into the line of fire. The article said nothing about any kind of bomb, or even a bomb threat for that matter...

I got all my info from his post.  I didn't read the article.  He mentions that when they go into lock down, there is a bomb threat or something like that.

there was a drug raid at my school a few months ago and one thing I learned was that the media always exaggerates on these things, so why wouldnt they have anything on the bomb threat, if one actually happened??

edit: I know I'm going to sound like a jackass, but my guess is that you actually do go to the school, but were nowhere near the area when this happened and made the whole bomb threat up to add a little spice. Am I right?

i was wondering the same thing until we practiced a Lockdown situation, i guess the staff doesn't want every one to panic and go crazy. 

Man, you had a rough day. If that happened to me i wouldn't go to school for the rest of the month.
