I would do basically anything to become one. I would go to school after high school or something and then get school loans. What about you guys?

I would do anything within my moral compass. Beig a jedi would be so freaking amazing. As long as there aren't dark jedi hunting me.
You have to be born or injected with microorganisms in your bloodstream. Thank you, George, for such grand mysticism.scorch-62LOL, yeah he managed to ruin any mystique about the force with that stupid midi-chlorians thing.

I think it's best just to pretend that the prequel movies don't exist haha
I would do just about anything to be a Jedi but I'm sure I would fall to the dark side sooner or later

Its sad because its true. *sigh*
You guys do realize that every Sith Lord betrays one another, right? So every other person besides you who posted that is your enemy!!
Jedi Knights FTW! :D We work together!
On topic: I would leave my family to become a Jedi

The problem is that explaining the force, as sonicare said, ruined its mystique. The mystery behind the force is what made it fascinating. It's not really all that fascinating when the explanation is essentially just a blood-born birth defect.

The clue is in the name the "force". It should just be a force.
if i came down with the jedi i would go to a doctor and see if penicillin works on infectious blood diseases.
Nothing.
It'd be like becoming a priest. A priest with a lightsaber, but still, you have to be a moral authority and forswear pleasures for the sake of galactic stability.
**** that. I'm being a bounty hunter.
