If a white person is attacked for being white, do you consider it a hate crime?

If anyone is attacked for their race or ethnicity, I'm sure that is a hate crime.

Yeah, it is hate crime, but it shouldn't be punished any differently than it normally would for that same crime. (That is the same thing I would stay for a hate crime against any race)
