But seriously, try getting a job as a cashier, watch a lot of TV, read a lot of simple books, then move on to harder books. Read beside the computer so you have access to translators and dictionary.com

Seriously though OP no one rules a school
At one school I went to a gang did. =( Well, they ruled the playground and even harrased teachers and parents of other students to the point that the school was almost shut down because everyone left.
