If I were King.....

the world would, as Tom Petty so rightly stated, swing........here's why:

I would make every weekend a three day weekend.  Sundays would be like saturdays because you'd have mondays off, but I'd increase each workday by half an hour, so you're getting an extra day off for only 2 1/2 hours of extra work per week.

I would make it mandatory for people that want to have kids to be evaluated for eligibility, similar to adoption.  You would need a license to procreate, and an IQ test to even be considered.

There would be waterparks everywhere.  Huge slides, beaches, the works.  Hot dogs and drinks would be free. 

Cotton candy would have to be sold at all fast food restaurants.

I would have our scientists turn their talents towards creating cost effective, safe, fuel effiecient, long range personal jet-packs.  Road rage would be a thing of the past.

I have a few more ideas but that's it for now.
