If Christians live in view of the school they put up their own manger and the school and the children will have to see it and can't do anything about it. Problem solved.

people who cry about nativity scenes can DIAF. they feel left out like little babies because they dont have something similar to do. here's an idea, instead of trampling on someone else's fun, come up with something of your own, or realize that not everyone gets to be special all the time.
this reminds me of the idiots that give all of their kids gifts on one child's birthday, so the others dont get left out. what the hell is wrong with these people? it's one person's special day, thats how it works. let them enjoy it and teach the rest that they cant always be the center of attention.
So the government would intrude into people's lawns and tell them to take down their decorations, this is unconstitutional and would make the SPs look superbad and would rally a ton of support to the Christians, remember this the religious right sprang up due to the secular left's dominance, everything the secular left does only motivates the religious right even more, the South and Midwest would go into a frenzy if a government banned mangers from the lawns of private citizens. That wouldn't last long. If the establishment doesn't hold the right to put it up, citizens sure as Hell don't either.

i know, i don't care if people don't celebrate Christmas because most Americans do. And i would not get offended if a school put up a Menorah or a happy Ramadan sign.people who cry about nativity scenes can DIAF. they feel left out like little babies because they dont have something similar to do. here's an idea, instead of trampling on someone else's fun, come up with something of your own, or realize that not everyone gets to be special all the time.

What?
Oh Hell, are you just talking about people putting up the nativity scene on their lawn?
Cause yeah, that's fine...I don't see why anybody would whine about the nativity on some random guy's lawn. In public schools though...I don't know, I'm undecided.

Yeah, I really don't see the point the TC is trying to make here. People who don't want to see nativity scenes in public schools don't want to see them because they don't want their schools to be associated with a religion -- I don't know why anyone would care if someone across the street from the school had a nativity scene on their lawn.

OMG! A level 10! Let's kill him... Err... I hate people who outlaw stuff because they're too lazy to turn their head slightly to the left.... A little more. Okay, now turn it to the right a little bit... No wait, go back to th prievious posistion.. Perfect!!!!That wouldn't last long. What's the point in wasting resources on a nativity scene if most of the students don't care ie non-christions

I don't think he is saying to put it up on school property but to put it up on their own property.

Well, I think the majority of school students don't care about a Nativity scene.
[QUOTE="-San-"]im sure as hell that if someone put up a nativity scene in front of my school, it wouldnt last more than an hour. nor would their house. we have lots of fireworks and arent afraid to use them.JML897
