No. I'd rather do the time. No point in running away. If you ever come back you will be arrested and thrown into prison for a while. It's better to do a tour than rot in jail for a decade.
Well seing as I'm Diabetic, I am not allowed to join the army or be drafted, or fly a comercial air liner. but the important thing is I cant get get drafted so I don't really care.
no since they generally don't draft women i wouldn't have to. if they started to draft women, yeah. i wouldn't fight for the war in iraq. i respect the troops over there now, but i don't think i could seriously fight in that war without wanting to shoot my co.
Probably...a draft would definitely finalize my decision of whether I want to leave the country or not. Of course, if I really believed in the cause, (very unlikely) I'd fight.
My grandfather was drafted, and it ruined his life.
If I get drafted, I'm moving to the UK. Or maybe Austrailia.

It's just stupid to join the army. Wars are retarded...We need to have them until everyone who is all about killing dies off... Too bad the U.S. government is all about their industrial military complex or whatever the heck you call it.
