I'll admit I've said it numerous times to blacks.I was pumping gas into the car when a black guy parked his car and went into the store for 5 minutes and he left his rap music blasting with the windows down with cuss words every other word.You don't do things like that.But I know many blacks and have friends who are black that act just fine.
